Your health is not generic. Your biology, your nervous system, your patterns, and your history are specific to you. Individual consultations start there. We look at the whole picture and develop guidance grounded in your individual nature — lifestyle, nutrition, and constitutional alignment built around how you actually live.
The work is cumulative. Each session builds on the last. The longer we work together the deeper your understanding of yourself becomes and the more your relationship with your own body can grow. You do the work. We walk alongside you.

A family is a living system. The patterns of each part affect the health of the whole. Every family member is their own unique person with their own constitutional nature, their own needs, and their own way of moving through the world. Sometimes those patterns clash. Sometimes do not have the language to express our needs. Sometimes families simply want to be more intentional and raise their children with a deeper connection to themselves, nature and community.
We look at the whole system and each individual within it. The first session is always observation practices.

Education is the foundation of everything we do here. The seasonal workshop series brings constitutional wellness education into a community setting — grounded in the natural rhythms of the year and designed to meet you wherever you are. Learning is not a one-way exchange. These workshops are built on shared curiosity, collective wisdom, and the understanding that we are all forever students of ourselves and the natural world.
Workshops are offered live virtually each season and recorded for ongoing access. All active members attend free. Public tickets are available for each live session.
